Starting in 2015, a new phase of fa\u00e7ade work commenced to ensure the Institute would continue to age gracefully. elagin architecture developed a scope of work that included gentle cleaning, repointing, crack\/spall repair, consolidation, sealing, window frame repair, bronze feature restoration and new hardscaping.
